Copyright | Usage policy
I, Redmandora, the artist,reserved the full rights to the artwork. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyright artwork to do the following:
Promote myself with it on any site.Publish book with such as artbook, etc.Display it anywhere to my liking.Reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
I, the artist, is not allowed to:
Make profit out of the artworkClaim any Intellectual Property that doesn't belong to me.
The commissioner are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselve. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
Process
After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will show you the work process a few times until completion. If you want me to see the update more often, please notify me.Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge extra fees.The Illustration size isn't fixed. Usually around A5-A4 size in 300 dpi PNG format but you can request a specific size for the illustration.A piece will take up approximately 1-4 weeks according to the complexity. Please note that color illustration will take much more time that B&W.
General terms
These terms apply to personal commission only. This is not applicable for commercial work.I have the right to decline any commission offer.My commission queue is sorted by how fast i received the brief, not first come first served.
Payment Terms
THB : E-banking | True walletUSD: PaypalIf the illustration cost more than $50 you are allow to make a partial payment. 50% as a down payment 50% after the completion. You will not receive the full resolution illustration until you complete the payment.
Refunds and Canceling
Upon canceling the commission I will not give you refund after the sketching stage.If you meet the condition of my refund policy, only 75% of what you paid.

ข้อตกลงทั่วไป
ข้อตกลงดังต่อไปนี้มีผลกับคอมมิชชั่นที่ใช้เป็นการส่วนตัวเท่านั้น ไม่มีผลกับคอมมิชชั่นเชิงพาณิชย์ค่ะเราเป็นคนทำงานช้าค่ะ ช้าในที่นี้คือ เราอาจใช้เวลาถึง 1-2 เดือนในการทำงานต่องาน เนื่องจากเราเป็นนักศึกษาจึงมีเวลาทำงานหลังจากเรียนเสร็จนิดๆหน่อยๆในแต่ละวัน เพราะฉะนั้นเราจะไม่รับงานเร่งทุกกรณีค่ะลำดับการเรียงคิวจะขึ้นอยู่กับว่าใครส่งบรีฟก่อน โดยลูกค้าสามาถจองคิวโดยการส่งบรีฟมาให้ก่อน ยังไม่ต้องจ่ายมัดจำหรือเงินค่าจองใดๆ ถ้าใกล้ถึงคิวแล้ว เราจะทำการติดต่อไปเองค่ะลิขสิทธิ์ในตัวงานจะตกเป็นของผู้วาด คือ Redmandora ดังนั้นเราจึงมีสิทธิที่จะโพสงานวาดเพื่อโปรโมตตัวเอง หรือโพสในเว็บไซต์ต่างๆได้ค่ะ โดยผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถนำงานของเราไปใช้ในทางใดๆก็ได้ที่ไม่เป็นแสวงหากำไรหรือใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างโพสงานลงบนเว็บไซต์ต่างๆ ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เครดิตกับนักวาดค่ะ แต่ถ้าอยากแท็กก็จะดีใจมากๆค่ะ
การชำระเงิน
โอนได้ผ่านทางธนาคารและ True moneyในการชำระเงินลูกค้าโอนค่ามัดจำ 50% และจ่ายอีก 50% เพื่อรับงานค่ะ
การยกเลิก
หากต้องการยกเลิกงานเพื่อรับเงินคืน ต้องยกเลิกงานก่อนที่จะยืนยันสเก็ตช์ครั้งที่ 1 ค่ะในกรณีที่ยกเลิกงานก่อนมีการส่งสเก็ตช์ คืนเงิน 100%ในกรณีที่ยกเลิกงานหลักจากได้มีการส่งสเก็ตช์แต่ยังไม่ยืนยันแล้ว คืนเงิน 75%
ขั้นตอนในการทำงาน
หลังจากที่เราได้รับเงินมัดจำ เราจะทำการส่งสเก็ตช์ให้กับลูกค้า โดยจำนวนสเก็ตช์จะขึ้นอยู่กับสเกลงานค่ะ หากสเกลใหญ่ก็จะมีประมาณ 3 สเก็ตช์ ถ้าสเกลงานเล็กก็จะมีเพียง 1-2 สเก็ตช์ค่ะเมื่อลูกค้าได้รับสเก็ตช์ ลูกค้าสามารถบอกให้เราแก้จุดที่ไม่พึงพอใจได้ โดยการแก้ในขั้นตอนนี้จะไม่เสียตังค์ใดๆ ตราบใดเท่าที่ไม่ใข่การการในจุดใหญ่ๆ เช่น แก้ไขโพสของตัวละคร แก้ไขประเภทของฉากหลังค่ะเมื่อลูกค้ายืนยันสเก็ตช์ เราจะส่งภาพที่ตัดเส้นไปให้ลูกค้าตรวจอีกรอบ การแก้ไขในขั้นตอนนี้จะมีการคิดเงินเพิ่ม ยกเว้นว่าจะเป็นความผิดพลาดของผู้วาดเองเมื่อยืนยันภาพตัดเส้นแล้ว เราจะทำการส่งภาพสีคร่าวๆไปให้ดูแล้วให้ลูกค้ายืนยันค่ะ ขั้นตอนเหมือนกับการตัดเส้นเมื่อยืนยันภาพสีคร่าวๆ เราจะทำการลงสีหรือลงเงาซึ่งเป็นตอนที่ใช้เวลา 1-3 สัปดาห์ เราจะส่งรูป final ไปให้ลูกค้าตรวจเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายค่ะเพื่อรับไฟล์งาน ลูกค้าจะต้องทำการโอนเงินในส่วนที่เหลือมาให้เต็มจำนวนค่ะ
